A man charged with five felony counts of possession with intent to manufacture and deliver narcotics.

A raid on Thursday in Reading, PA by narcotics officers yielded a plethora of narcotics including a stolen gun.

Jahaziel O. Delgado, 24, of the 300 block of Washington Street, was charged with receiving stolen property, five felony counts of possession with intent to manufacture and deliver narcotics, five misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Narcotics officers found in the apartment more than 200 bags of heroin, 45 bags of synthetic marijuana, 26 bags of cocaine, 13 bags of crack cocaine, 14 bags of marijuana, two bags of crystal meth, a camouflage ballistic vest, a video surveillance system, and a stolen gun. Documentation that detailed drug sales was also found in the apartment.
