Local Dallas rapper captured and faces a capital murder charge.
Local Dallas juvenile rapper Tay-K 47 labeled as a “violent fugitive” has been captured in New Jersey and taken to adult prison. The 17-year-old will be held until he is certified as an adult where he will be charged with two separate murders one in Mansfield and San Antonio. He has now been booked into Tarrant County jail according to court records.
Taymor Travon McIntyre, known locally as the rapper Tay-K 47, was ordered by juvenile court in Fort Worth to be held until he is certified as an adult and that hearing will take place in a couple of weeks said Sam Jordan, spokeswoman for the Tarrant County district attorney’s office.
Tay-K was one of seven people charged in connection with a robbery homicide case that happened on July 26 which left a 21-year-old Ethan Walker of Mansfield dead.
On March 27 a tweet on Tay-K Twitter page states:
Tay-K is facing a capital murder charge and if convicted can face life imprisonment or even the death penalty.
